What products do you have on the platform?
We independently gather publicly available EPD and benchmark data, and standardize that info for easier use. Our platform already boasts ~ 30,000 EPDs relating to +100 000 SKUs, and that number is constantly increasing. The publication of new EPDs has grown rapidly in recent years, with EPDs becoming more product-specific and covering previously unrepresented product groups, like furniture. This allows us to build a very comprehensive product collection, which we then refine and enhance with our AI processes.
What environmental data do you provide?
Through the API connection we provide comprehensive EPD data, as well as benchmark data, usable as reference points or complementary values for products without EPDs. All data can be utilised and presented in the capacity and format best fitting for each use-case, interface, and client. It's your choice! GWP: We deliver detailed information on the products' GWP (CO2 emissions) for easy comparison, carbon-calculations, and reporting - incuding dessicted fossil, biogenic, and luluc values. Our data covers all reported Life Cycle Stages from raw material extraction to disposal/recycling. Suitability for Circular Economy: Additionally, we deliver information on the products' Recycled and Renewable material content, quality of Energy used in production, length of Technical Service Life, End-of-Life Scenarios (recyclability), and much more. Ecosystem Impacts: We also deliver data on different Ecosystem Impacts of products, both in raw format (as found in EPDs) as well as in a format processed for comparison. Maximum Ease of Use: All data available through our API is detailed and processed for maximum ease of use. We provide our clients with many additional automated on-fly calculations, such as unit and time frame conversions, minimizing the required manual work for fluent comparisons and calculations.
How reliable is your data?
Our data is based mainly standardized & 3rd party verified data, as well as national databanks. Our data processing is based on AI, with manual checkups, in order to minimize the possibility of human error, and we conduct extensive internal testing and data validation to ensure that our environmmental data is correct and up-to date.
Do you create EPDs?
No, we don't. Our role is to help you maximize the potential of the EPD data you already have by visualizing and refining it into a format that is easier to understand and use. Think of us as standardizing the way EPDs are used. EPDs are created with EPD Program Operators (POs) and audited by 3rd party verifiers. So if you don't have EPDs for your products yet, your first step would be to find a suitable Operator.
Do you offer environmental concultancy?
While we have a deep understanding of EPDs and the environmental impact of various products and materials, we operate as a platform service, not a consultancy. However, we do offer training sessions to enhance your team's knowledge of EPDs and environmental documentation. We also provide market studies for broader analyses, such as the overall environmental status of a specific material or product group.
